Major
Ravi is directing Kandahar, a film based on
the Indian flight hijack that took place a few
years ago. He has already roped in Amitabh Bachchan
and Mohanlal to star in this film. There were
reports that the director is planning to cast
a prominent actor from the Tamil film industry.
While it was said that Kamal Haasan could be
the one, it has now turned out that he has opted
out of Kandahar.
The latest buzz we hear is that Suriya could
get the opportunity to share the screen space
with the two leading stars - Amitabh Bachchan
and Mohanlal - in India. The actor may play
the role of a commando, we hear.
