AO is for adults

Aayirathil Oruvan has been awarded with an A certificate by the Censor Board officials. The film is due to be released for Pongal 2010 and the team was set on obtaining a U/A certificate, if not a U. However, the blood and gory scenes in the film have fetched AO an A certificate.

The film’s producer Raveendran says that all the censor board officials that watched the film praised the performance of Karthi, Parthiban and Reema. He added that AO will be released worldwide with about 600 prints.
