Naan
Kadavul, the film that was in the
making for a very long time, will
finally be released for Pongal 2009.
The film’s audio release is
scheduled for this month end. Yesterday
the crew shot a last bit of the film
at the AVM Studios in Chennai which
had Bharathi, Ranjani and Azhagan
Thamizh Mani.
Bharathi (not to be confused with Ammuvaghiya
Naan star) plays the role of Arya's mother
while Azhagan Thamizh Mani is Arya's dad and
Ranjani happens to be his sister. The scene
was that of a small function for Ranjani on
her attaining puberty. Bharathi happens to
be in a melancholic mood because there are
no kith and kin attending the function. When
Ranjani questions her parents about the absence
of her brother Arya, both the parents appear
to be in a very pensive mood. This was the
scene that was filmed and with this, the shooting
of Naan Kadavul comes to an end. Bala's fans
would be extremely delighted and would wait
for this Pongal bonanza from the talented
director.
