The Kerala government and the Malayalam
film industry are organizing a grand event
on August 22, 2010 to felicitate Kamal Haasan
for his achievement in films. The actor
has been in the industry for the past 50
years and is known for trying out novel
ideas in his films. He made his debut as
a child artiste in Kalathur Kannamma and
since then there is no looking back for
this ace actor.
Mamootty, Mohanlal, Jayaram and other stars
from the Malayalam film industry are expected
to participate in this function. Sources
say that invitations have been sent to Kollywood
directors, actors and actresses.
