The makers of Kanthaswamy have
come out with gross collection status
for the first week. In Tamil Nadu
alone the collection is estimated
to have reached Rs. 16 crores during
the first week, while in Andhra
Pradesh it was Rs. 8 crores. Kerala
and Karnataka recorded Rs. 1 crore
each. In the overseas market, Malaysia
recorded Rs. 3 crores. The total
worldwide collection stood at Rs.
37 crores.
According to the press release,
Abirami Complex , Sathyam Complex
, Albert Complex, Inox Complex,
recorded Rs. 27,18,184.00, Rs. 43,17,072.00,
Rs. 12,77,317.00, and Rs. 14,58,045.00,
respectively.
Kanthaswamy is a mega budget film
produced by Kalaipuli S Dhanu and
directed by Susi Ganesan. The film
stars Vikram, Shriya, Prabhu and
Vadivelu among others.
