A film function is not complete
without the stars present to promote
it. Toeing in line with this sentiment,
the Secretary of the Producers’
Council, Siva Sakthi Pandian said
that actresses and actors who do
not present themselves during such
occasion should be reprimanded.
Speaking at the audio launch of
Azhagana Ponnuthan, he took notice
of the fact that its heroine Namitha
was not present and made this statement.
The FEFSI President VC Guhananthan
and the Producers’ Council
President Rama Narayanan also expressed
the same opinion. Based on the recommendation
of Rama Narayanan the issue is expected
to be resolved after holding discussions
with the Nadigar Sangam. |
