Sweet turns bitter for Trisha
Trisha was not all excited to play Jeyam Ravi’s ladylove in ‘Something Something’ initially. In fact she turned down an offer to cast opposite Ravi in the damp squib ‘Mazhai’. But this time around Trisha does not seem to have any qualms about her decision if the reviews and collection reports of the movie are anything to go by.

On the other side, it might turn out to be a bitter pill to swallow for Trisha. The fans association dedicated exclusively to her which got her into the headlines for being the first of it’s kind may actually end being quite a liability to her.

Everyone knows that the hierarchy of the industry is that the hero always comes before the heroine. Now, this unprecedented popularity being enjoyed by Trisha has not gone down well with the leading men in the industry.

They seem to think that all the banners and hoardings and larger than life size cutouts that are being erected at theatres showing ‘Something Something’ are things that may demean their value as crowd pullers.
Of course it is pretty evident that the heroes are just finding it difficult to adjust to the new trend that has begun in Kollywood. They want to protect their positions as undisputed kings of Kollywood. This is what they reportedly did in order to put things right. They seem to have got together and collectively decided to keep Trisha out of their projects at least until this Trisha craze dies down. Call it a cheap conspiracy or whatever you like, but this is what has happened. The big boys of Kollywood are feeling insecure.

It is also reported that the other beautiful ladies of Kollywood too were feeling a bit uneasy after the Trisha fans association made news. It is not known as to how they reacted to this piece of news.

Trisha is seems will have a tough time coming to terms with reality and getting over this hurdle. As movie fans we want to see Trisha on screen with the big stars as often as possible.
Meanwhile Trisha lashed out reports of her consent for the Fan clubs that are formed in her name. She expressed her surprise to the media persons and further said that she denied forming any fan clubs even when people from Erode and Karur approached her previously with the same intention.

The latest bunch of fan clubs seemed to be formed by a woman who has associated herself with social service, Trisha explained.

Trisha said that she immediately contacted her mother from Hyderabad when she got news about the new fan club in her name, the flag and the adornment of her cutouts with garlands and milk. Upon questioning the lady who is behind all this stated that she is destined to serve the society in the name of Trisha and it will persist even after Trisha bid farewell to movies. The lady further assured Trisha’s mother that they do not expect anything in return from Trisha but her presence when the services are being carried out.
Trisha reiterated that the fan clubs are formed with her consent and instead of blowing out money in the name of a celebrity, she would prefer feeding milk to the malnourished children. “I do have interest in social service. I prefer to do so full time after I retire from the movies,” Trisha explained. She concluded by saying that she is busy with her career right now and she is pretty aware of the timeframe of a heroine in Cinema.
