According to media reports, the Dubai government has decided to impose 100% as ‘sin tax’ for tobacco products and energy drinks. In order to increase the global energy price, the government has reportedly taken this step. Apart from energy drinks and tobacco products, the government will reportedly collect 60% tax for soft drinks.
