AIADMK deputy general secretary TTV Dhinakaran has reportedly appeared before Tis Hazari Court in Delhi on Wednesday. According to reports, Dhinakaran’s move comes after he was arrested on Tuesday by the city police’s Crime Branch wing for allegedly trying to bribe the Election Commission.
