Madras High Court has reportedly upheld the single judge’s order quashing the Tamil Nadu government’s 85% reservation for state board students for admission to MBBS and BDS courses. The bench headed by Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao dismissed the appeals against the single judge’s order. The judge also directed the state to admit students only as per their NEET grade as per the schedule already fixed, say reports.
