Cricket South Africa Chief Executive Haroon Lorgat has confirmed that South African players will be allowed to participate in the ongoing IPL 2017 and the subsequent editions only if BCCI confirms its December tour to the country. BCCI CEO Rahul Johri confirmed receiving the communication from Lorgat and added that he had chosen not to consider the request. "I didn't even bother to communicate. We will communicate when the time is right", said Johri.
