Juan Pedro Franco, the world's heaviest man, has reportedly undergone successful gastric bypass surgery in Mexico. According to reports, the gastric surgery is expected to reduce his weight by half. Franco's surgeon Jose Castaneda reportedly said, "The surgery was quite successful. But now we have to wait and see how he responds." Notably, Franco weighs around 600 kilogrammes.
