Mumbai Indians on Monday became the first team to qualify for the 2017 IPL play-offs after a 5-wicket win over the Royal Challengers Bangalore in Mumbai. AB de Villiers scored 43, and Pawan Negi scored 35 to help RCB reach 162/8. In reply, Rohit Sharma' 56 not out helped Mumbai chase down down the target after requiring seven in the final over.
