Indian skipper Virat Kohli defended the actions of Hardik Pandya after he was asked about the latter’s reaction post his unfortunate run-out and the verbal confrontation with teammate Ravindra Jadeja in the ICC Champions Trophy final against Pakistan. Defending Pandya’s actions, Kohli added, “Everyone who plays for the country is committed to the team. He is passionate, and he felt he was in the zone where he thought he could have done something special for the team today.”
