Kerala’s CM Pinarayi Vijayan has reportedly praised the 22-year-old girl who allegedly chopped off her serial rapist's penis in Thiruvananthapuram. Reportedly, Vijayan said,"It was a courageous step, no doubt about it.” Notably, the 22-year-old girl informed the police that her rapist, a sanyasi, was a frequent visitor at her home and had been repeatedly raping her for the past seven years.
