The Indian football team has been placed at No.96 in the latest FIFA rankings released on Thursday. Interestingly, this is India’s best FIFA ranking since February 1996 when the team was placed at No. 94. Also, the team, which has won 13 of their last 15 matches and are unbeaten in the last eight, is currently 12th in Asian Football Confederation.
