The Supreme Court on Thursday permitted two minor girls who were raped and got pregnant to abort the foetus. The court counsel reportedly requested the Supreme court to preserve the foetus as the DNA could be used to track the rapists.Reportedly the rape survivors are a 13-year-old girl from Delhi and a 17-year-old girl from Bengaluru. Both the girls have crossed 20 weeks of pregnancy and their life is at risk as performing abortion.
