Mother kills 7-year-old by tossing twice from 4th floor

In a horrific incident, a 7-year-old girl from Bengaluru was reportedly tossed by her mother twice from the 4th floor of a building. The child reportedly had speech development issues. The mother was tied to an electric pole by the locals, and police allege that woman was mentally unstable. According to media reports, the woman, after throwing her down from the fourth floor, climbed down, picked the girl up, went to the terrace and threw her off the terrace again.
