IRCTC has introduced facilities to book tickets first and pay later, which now has been extended to Tatkal bookings as well. While making the payments, customers have to choose either ePaylater or Pay-On-Delivery option. Customers can also pay online through a payment link that will be sent to them at time of booking. Both these facilities require customers' registration to proceed further. The options apply minimum charges, plus applicable taxes. Customers can make the payment in 14 days.
