In yet another incident a 2-year-old boy from Andhra Pradesh fell into an open borewell. He was rescued after 11-hour operation. Chandrashekar fell into an open borewell in his neighborhood on Tuesday. Reportedly, he was stuck at a depth of 20-feet in the borewell. He was rescued in a shocked state and was rushed to a hospital.
