The Supreme Court on Wednesday reportedly ordered the Home Ministry to secure and ensure the presence of the liquor baron Vijay Mallya before June 10 for the hearing on the punishment. According to the reports, the court has held Mallya guilty for disobeying the orders of the court by transferring $40 million received from British firm Diageo to his three children. Notably, Mallya is currently in the United Kingdom.
