Foot-and-Mouth Disease, a highly contagious viral disease is reportedly attacking the cattle and swine in the Karani village of Tiruvallur district. According to reports, more than 10 cattles have died in the past two months because of this disease. Noticeably, the vaccines provided by the government veterinary hospital are not helping.
