Looks like Karan Johar has shifted loyalty from Yash Raj Films to UTV. In a recent development, the ace director has sold two films, Wake Up Sid and Rensil D'Silva’s yet to be named film to UTV. The films were bought for a whopping Rs. 60 crore, says sources. However, there is no news about Karan’s other film in the making, which stars Shah Rukh Khan. It may be recalled that the trio – Yash Raj Films, Shah Rukh Khan and Karan Johar – have given several smash hits before.
