Vasanth made his debut as director with Sigaram about a decade ago. His other films are Nerukku Ner, Ei nee romba Azhaga irukke and Rhythm. He comes from the KB stable and his movies have a gentle flow of human emotions. But of late the good man did not taste success (very unfortunate for a film like Rhythm). So concentrated on short films and ad films. Now he is back again directing a feature film called 9.30 to 10.30. While the hero will be Surya, the heroine has not yet been finalized.
