While one of her friends, Valli Chetty Pavani was dead on the spot, the other three were rushed to a private hospital in Chennai. This incident has left everyone shell-shocked and inquiries have been going on.
Yashika was driving when the accident occurred, and reportedly a case has been filed in three sections against the actress, including section 304 A of 'IPC (causing death by negligence). As per reports, the cops have also confiscated her driving license in connection with the case.
Now, the actress’s sister Osheen Aannand has taken to her Insta stories and posted an important health update. “Hello everyone thank you for your prayers @yashikaaannand is conscious now and one other surgery is done successfully by god’s grace she is currently in ICU and further surgeries of her multiple fractures will be done in quite a few days please keep praying for her."
