WHAT WORKED IN FAVOR OF AYM?

Amidst a lot of confusion, Simbu’s Achcham Yenbadhu Madamaiyada has finally hit the screens today (11th Nov). Like Gautham Menon tweeted, the film has taken a huge opening in Tamil Nadu with a whopping 600 screens in total.

In spite of all the currency panic situation, Simbu’s AYM has opened to very good response, especially in cities like Chennai. We are told that due to an overwhelming response for AYM, few theatres have temporarily removed other films to accommodate more shows for this Simbu film.

Kadavul Irukaan Kumaru’s (KIK) last minute postponement has also helped AYM to a large extent as almost all KIK shows have been allocated for AYM. Also with the currency shortage issue getting sorted out, we can expect more footfall in the coming days for AYM.
