Actor Vishal was last seen in the Venkat Mohan directorial Ayogya, which had Raashi Khanna and K.S Ravikumar playing lead roles. The actor is currently preparing for the upcoming South Indian Artistes' Association (commonly known as Nadigar Sangam) elections. Vishal is currently the general seceratary of Nadigar Sangam.
One of the major poll promises made by Vishal and his team Paandavar Ani, headed by actor Nasser, is the construction of the Nadigar Sangam building, which promises facilities such as a wedding hall and state-of-the art gym for the members. The construction of the building has been going on for the past three years. Actor Karthi had recently contributed to the cause by donating a sum of 1 crore rupees for the construction.
Recently, Vishal took to Twitter to express that the actor-producer went to seek the blessings of his father for the completion of the Nadigar Sangam building. He also assured that the construction of the estabilishment will be completed soon.

On the work front, the actor is currently working on an untitled project directed by Sundar C. The actor will bbe paired opposite Tamannaah in the film and major sequences have been canned in exotic locations of Turkey and Azerbaijan.
