Actress turned MP, Vijayashanti and Indir Chand Jain property dispute case issue demand the Vijayashanti to appear in the court on September 18th. The Madras High Court has directed actress Vijayashanti to appear in court referring a property dispute to the mediation center for settlement.

In the petition, Vijayashanti had prayed for quashing a complaint, filed by Indir Chand Jain, and an order passed by a lower court. Vijayashanti said the parties had agreed to settle the matter and sought the court to refer the issue to mediation center.

In reply to the petition, The Madras high court said unless the parties appeared before it, the matter could not be referred to the mediation center and directed them to appear on September 18.
