Directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, the film was supposed to release this summer, but due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, it is said to have been pushed to Pongal 2021.
Currently, Vijay Sethupathi is also working on his next film Laabam, which is directed by S.P. Jhananathan. The movie has Shruti Haasan as the female lead and has music by D.Imman.
As promised by the makers, the much-awaited trailer of the film is finally out and it deals about the story of unheard voices - the farmers. Check out the intriguing trailer below -
Going by the trailer, the film is expected to release soon after the lockdown. Produced by Vijay Sethupathi Productions and 7Cs Entertainment, the film also features Jagapathi Babu, Sai Dhanshika, Kalaiyarasan amongst others in prominent roles!
