LOSING TO WIFE IN RUMMY, 'CORONA' TYPEWRITER: HOLLYWOOD LEGEND SHARES HIS CORONAVIRUS EXPERIENCE

Hanks, 63, currently in quarantine along with wife, had posted a note in social media about the little things he learnt and cherished during the self-distancing process. In the post, he said, "Hey folks. Good News: One week after testing Positive, in self-isolation, the symptoms are much the same. No fever but the blahs. Folding the laundry and doing the dishes leads to a nap on the couch. Bad news: My wife Rita Wilson has won 6 straight hands of Gin Rummy and leads by 201 points. But I have learned not to spread my Vegemite so thick. I travelled here with a typewriter, one I used to love. We are all in this together. Flatten the curve. Hanx."

Hanks ended on a positive note, implying that the pandemic must be fought together. Hanks also posted a picture of the typewriter named 'Corona', which used to be his favourite. Apart from Tom Hanks, fellow Hollywood actors Idris Elba and Olga Kurlyenko were also tested positive for Coronavirus.
