THAMBI RAMAIAH BEREAVED

Popular character artist Thambi Ramaiah’s mother Paappammal passed away last night (2nd August) at Madurai. She was 74 years old. She is survived by her sons Sethupathi, Ambikapathy, Rajakumaran, Thambi Ramaiah and daughter Anjali Devi.

Paappammal has not been keeping in good health for a while and was being treated for her ailment at a hospital in Madurai. She breathed her last there, not responding to the treatment.

Her last rites are expected to happen at her native place Rajarajapuram in Pudukottai district.
