While fans were indeed disappointed at the brief gap during which his performances were widely missed, now, after Eeswaran, he is expected to be back with power-packed projects!
He is currently engaged with a couple of movies such as Maanaadu, Maha, Pathu Thala, Vendhu Thanindhathu Kaadu, to name a few. He has completed the works of Maanaadu, and the movie is all set to hit the screens this Diwali.
Meanwhile, the world observed the World Rose Day which is celebrated on September 22, is a ray of hope for cancer patients all around the world who are facing the big 'C’. Simbu too participated in the celebrations held at a private hospital Chennai. He could be seen dancing with the kids and giving hope and joy to them.
During the press meet, when a reporter tried asking him about the promotions of smoking in the films, STR was quick enough to avoid to answer and said that this need not be discussed now and managed to go to the next topic. He, then says though he could not contribute much for the cancer patients there, he feels that the people over there are overjoyed and happy with his presence. Watch video here -
