Here are few interesting news tidbits presented as part of BW Quickies. 

- Director Prabhu Solomon is to produce a film starring Kayal Chandran in the lead. The film is titled as Rupai and will be directed by his assistant Anbazhagan.

- Prabhu Deva opened a statue of the late King Of Pop, Michael Jackson today, the 7th April. The statue has been erected at a popular university in Chennai.

- Vishnu Vishal’s Velainu Vandhuta Vellakaran might release on May 6th. If the tasks are not completed by then, May 20th would be the date as confirmed by sources close to the crew headed by director Ezhil.

- Sivakarthikeyan’s Remo with debutant director Bakkiyaraj Kannan with Keerthy Suresh as the female lead will wrap its shooting process only by July according to a credible source. So will it come in as a Navarathri special to the audience?
