Halitha Shameem's upcoming project is 'Sillu Karuppatti' a romantic anthology film based on 4 urban love stories. It is mentionable that the director earlier made the critically acclaimed film Poovarasam Peepee.
Bankrolled by Venkatesh Velineni, Suriya's 2D Entertainment has bagged the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights for the film. Sillu Karupatti features Samuthirakani, Sunainaa, Leela Samson, Baby Sarah Arjun, 'Kaala' Manikandan, 'Magalir Mattum' Nivedhitha Sathish, and others.
The four stories are shot by four different cinematographers in the form of Abinandhan Ramanujam, Manoj Paramahamsa, Vijay Kartik Kannan, and Yamini Yagnamurthy, while Pradeep Kumar has scored the music for the film.
