Santhanam was last seen in his Dhillukku Dhuddu 2 which went on to become hugely successful. He is now all set to collaborate with director R.Kannan who had directed films like Kanden Kadhalai, Boomerang.
Produced by Masala Pix, the movie will be written, directed by R.Kannan and produced by him under the banner Masala Pix in association with MK Ram Prasad for MKRP Productions. It is said that talks are going on with leading actors and technicians to be a part of the project.
A Top league actress will be playing the female lead, reportedly. The film is expected to be a wholesome entertainer laced with fun and action. This project is set to commence shooting from July and will be hitting screens in December 2019.
R.Kannan has already worked with Santhanam in Jeyamkondan, Kanden Kadhalai, Vanthaan Vendraan, Settai but this time will be the first he works with Santhanam being his lead. More details on the Santhanam - R.K.Kannan project will be out soon.
