SUPERSTAR'S DARBAR ILLEGALLY SHOWN ON TV CHANNEL: PRODUCERS ISSUE STATEMENT

Produced by Subaskaran under the banner Lyca Productions, Darbar has received positive response from audiences and fans of the actor. Recently, Darbar was telecasted a Madurai-based cable channel called Saranya TV on January 12.

On the wake of the incident, the producers have issued an official statement on this issue. Terming it a 'distressing' and 'astounding' incident, the statement also mentioned that the producers have officially registered a complaint against the said TV channel at the Commisioner office, Law and Order, in Mumbai.

The statement concluded by requesting the concerned officers to initiate action against the culprits who are deemed as a threat to the film industry. Darbar is currently running in theares and has collected over 7.4 crores at the opening weekend in Tamil Nadu alone.
