RAJINI AND AJITH AT KALAIGNAR'S FUNERAL!

DMK Leader M. Karunanidhi, who has been the chief minister of Tamil Nadu 5 times breathed his last at 6:10 pm yesterday at Kauvery Hospital. The legendary politician and writer has never lost an election in his political career that spanned more than 50 years. 

A lot of cinema and political icons are attending his funeral. Some of the earliest celebrities to reach Rajaji Hall - the venue, were Ajith, Rajinikanth, Sivakarthikeyan, Suriya and Atharvaa. As the day passed, more and more stars like Kamal also made it to the funeral ceremony. 

Yesteryear actor Sivakumar also came along with Suriya, while Vijayakanth sent his condolences through a video where he was inconsolable. Director Shankar also sent his condolences through a press statement.
