Aadai is an upcoming film written and directed by Rathnakumar starring Amala Paul in the lead role. Rathnakumar had earlier directed the film Meyaadha Maan produced by Karthik Subbaraj's Stone Bench Films.
Aadai is produced by Viji Subramaniam under the banner V Studios. It has Pradeep Kumar and his band Oorka composing the music while Vijay Kartik Kannan handles the cinematography. Shafique Mohamed Ali heads the edit department.
The makers have just released the lyric video of the song Onnumillla, that features a live performance by Oorka the band. The song is written and sung by Bharath Shankar. It must be noted that Bharath Shankar has also played the keyboard for the song. Pradeep Kumar plays the bass guitar while Tapass Naresh handles the percussions and Jhanu plays the guitar.
The film's teaser and trailer has been received well by the netizens, and film is all set for a release on July 19. Stay tuned for more updates, and catch the lyric video below:
