Bidding adieu to this world is none other than veteran actress Sarada Nair who passed away on Tuesday, September 29. The actress was aged 92 and is said to have died due to age-related issues.
She is known for her portrayal as a daring grandmother in the 1998 Malayalam movie Kanmadam which featured Mohanlal and Manju Warrier in the lead. She also played a significant role in Pattabhishekam, with Jayaram in lead role.
The veteran actress’ full name was Peroor Mooppil Madhathil Sarada Nair. She was the wife of the late Puthenveetil Padmanabhan Nair in the Thathamangalam novel. Mohanlal took to his Twitter handle and paid tribute to the departed soul.
