CURRENT STATUS OF VIJAYAKANTH AND WIFE PREMALATHA FROM HOSPITAL AFTER BEING AFFECTED BY COVID 19!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsActor turned politician who is fondly called as Captain, Vijayakanth had hit the headlines when recently it was confirmed that the actor had been affected by the dreadful Coronavirus on September 22 and was undergoing treatment in MIOT hospital in Chennai.
Yesterday on September 28, his wife Premalatha Vijayakanth also tested positive for Covid 19 and has been admitted to the same hospital today (September 29). The hospital has issued the current status of the couple’s health!
The statement read, “Mrs. Premalatha Vijayakanth (Treasurer, DMDK) tested positive for Covid-19 on 28th September 2020 and was admitted on 29th September 2020 into MIOT Hospital, Chennai. She is currently stable and under observation.”
It further read, “Mr. A. Vijayakanth (Founder and General Secretary, DMDK) will be discharged shortly after his preliminary tests are conducted. He is asymptomatic, stable and responding well to routine non-invasive care.”
