MOHANLAL & DHANUSH UNVEIL A 'SPECIAL VIDEO' FROM THIS POPULAR HERO’S UPCOMING ROM-COM!
Home > Tamil Movies > Tamil Cinema NewsMohanlal and Dhanush have come together on social media for a special task as they unveiled the trailer of much-awaited romantic comedy film, Theeni. The Tamil film will also have a Telugu version and the trailer of the same was unveiled by Sai Tej.
Presented by Bapineedu B, the movie is written and directed by Ani. I. V. Sasi. The movie narrates the story of Dev (Ashok Selvan), who is overweight and a marvellous chef, suffering from muscle spasms and insomnia. He happens to join a 5-star restaurant in London where he meets Tara (Ritu Varma) and Maya (Nithya Menen).
While Tara is his co-worker suffering from OCD, is the absolute opposite of Dev, and Maya, on the other hand, is a bubbly girl with childish antics. Together, they enable him to see what is beyond, thereby taking us on a journey of what is a rather interesting romantic comedy.
The film is all set to release on the pay-per-view platform, ZeePlex. Although the release date is yet to be announced, this trailer has indeed piqued the interests of the audiences. Check out the trailer now -
