NTR: Kathanayakudu was released on January 9. It is the biopic of N.T.Rama Rao and the first part NTR: Kathanayakudu deals with his film career and how he went on to become a politician. The son of NTR, Nandamuri Balakrishna played NTR in the movie while a big star clan was part of the cast including Vidya Balan who played NTR’s wife, Basavatarakam.
The movie was directed by Krish and produced by Nandamuri Balakrishna, Sai Korrapatti, vishnu Induri. While there were news going around in Telugu media about the distributors worried about their stats owing to the release of NTR: Mahanayakudu, the sequel, a new report by a Telugu media website has surfaced. It stated that the buyers of distributors of the NTR: Kathanayakudu were given the rights of the sequel too by the hero and producer Nandamuri Balakrishna.
Also, he has accepted to share upto one-third of the losses of Kathanayakudu and additionally share with them 40 percent of revenue of Mahanayakudu to compensate the buyers with every penny.This has put an end to all rumours surrounding the release of NTR Mahanayakudu. This gesture of Balakrishna to ensure the safety of the distributors and buyers was received happily.
The sequel will deal with the political life of NTR. The music director for the films is M.M.Keeravani. The movie is expected to have a grand release on February.
