Director Lokesh Kanagaraj's very recent outing was MASTER. With Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi in crucial roles facing off each other, Lokesh indeed roped in a stellar cast and with the power-packed storyline. The film won hearts both in theatre and via OTT release.

The film became the first biggie in Tamil to release in theatres after a long gap due to Coronavirus pandemic which went on to become one of the hits of this year. Post which, everyone is looking forward in catching a fresh update from the director’s next film - Vikram.

Vikram also stars Fahadh Faasil, Vijay Sethupathi and is an Anirudh musical. Recently, Lokesh had taken to his social media to share the news that Cinematographer Girish Gangadharan will be joining the team. Not just that, he has also revealed that casting details will follow soon.
