Indian is a 1996 film directed by Shankar under Sri Surya Movies. The movie stars Kamal Hassan, Manisha Koirala, Urmila Matondkar, Sukanya and others and it received great response from the audiences.
Urmila Matondkar who acted in Indian has also acted in films like Rangeela, Satya and many others. She was last seen in an item number Bewafa Beauty in the Hindi black comedy film Blackmail.
