"HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT?": THAMARAI SELVI LASHES OUT AT ABISHEK RAAJA IN BIGG BOSS TAMIL 5 - WHAT HAPPENED?

The rainy third day started in a pumped-up manner with contestants waking up to Thalapathy Vijay's 'Vaathi Coming' song. Abishek, Suruthi and Iykki turned on their child-mode and chilled in the rain by playing games. 

Imman Annachi comes forward to talk about his story as the first contestant on the third day. He says that he's always had the desire to work in the cinema industry, but couldn't do so because of his poverty. From working at a department store to selling vegetables, Imman said he's done many odd jobs to sustain himself and his family. He also spoke about his first big break on TV and recreated his famous dialogue, "Miss pannadheenga aprom varuthapaduveenga." Although a few resonated with his speech, Abinay, Namitha and Nadia said they couldn't relate to his story and gave him dislike button.

While discussing the story, Ciby Chandran and Niroop had a small misunderstanding about reacting to the story. While Ciby said anybody can react how they feel, Niroop asked him as to why he made a big deal out of it. Although, it was expected that he would walk out of the room, they didn't do so and ended their fight soon.

Making the most of his reviewing talent, Abishek Raaja reviewed a few housemates according to their talent and characters. Talking about Thamarai Selvi, he said, "Pattaya pottu oora ematharanga." (She's smeared ash on her forehead and fooling everyone). This made Thamarai angry and she lashed out at Abishek as to how he can comment on her choice. She called Imman Annachi and argued about her point, but the situation eased out soon after he apologised for his statement.

The day also saw Suruthi coming out and talking about her story. Suruthi spoke about how she was always treated as an "unwanted child" and how her father ill-treated her at many times, going to the extent of throwing them out of the house and leaving them without food for days. She broke down as soon as she spoke about her mother and noted that she rose up the ranks through hard work. 

There were also a few lighter moments at the house on Day three as Priyanka kept teasing Bigg Boss. While Thamarai Selvi mentioned that many had told her about the house and frightened her, she said she's having a good time till now and that her mother has bought a new TV to watch her on screen.
