The song is written by Arun Raja Kamaraj, who wrote the song Nerupu Da for Thalaivar Rajinikanth for the film 'Kabali'. The song excited millions and so did the song 'Kutty Story' after its release. Since Kutty Story is written in simple phrase, kids find it easy to memorize and sing along and the song is highly welcomed for the lyrics.
