Selvaraghavan’s 2004 romantic hit, 7G Rainbow Colony that starred Ravi Krishna and Sonia Agarwal in the lead had etched deeply in everyone’s hearts with their performances. Now, the movie is being remade in Hindi and has been titled as Malaal. The film is directed by Mangesh Hadawale and features Jaaved Jaaferi’s son, Meezaan Jaffrey and Sharmin Segal in the lead.
Produced under the Bhansali Productions and T-Series banners, the trailer of the film was released a few days ago and was well-received by the audiences and fans were taken aback to see some changes in this film when compared to the original one.
The makers have revealed the first song from the movie. Titled as Aila Re, the song is crooned by Vishal Dadlani and the rap portions are by Shreyas Puranik. The film’s music is composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali while the lyrics are penned by Prashant Ingole. Watch the song here -
