Since last night, reports have been pouring in that actor Jagan of Ayan fame has caused an accident on a highway near Vandavasi. Various reports had suggested that Jagan was intoxicated and had driven his car and this caused the accident. A man is said to have passed away due to this.

Behindwoods immediately contacted Jagan to find out what exactly happened and this is what he had to say:

"Usually, I never drive. I always have a driver. I was coming from Vandavasi at 7:30 pm on the highway. My driver pulled over on the highway because he wanted to use the restroom. A friend of mine and my driver had gone, and at that time a drunk driver came and crashed on my car when I was sitting inside it. Immediately, I called up an ambulance and put him on to it. Later, I heard that he passed away and they made it look like I drove and caused the accident"
