The fourth day of Bigg Boss Tamil 5 continued well into the night as many of the contestants resort to play various games to pass time. From 'ramp walk' to 'mafia', they play and enjoy their time. Following a game of 'Mafia', Thamarai, Priyanka and many other contestants recollect the incident and laugh uncontrollably. This incident which didn't sit well with Namitha warned Thamarai that she didn't like her attitude. Namitha also lashed out in anger against Thamarai for hurting her feelings. Although Thamarai realised her mistake and apologised, Namitha couldn't accept it. Even when Imman Annachi tried to make her talk with Thamarai, she said she didn't want to sit with her.

The fifth day saw Iykki as the first contestant to come up on stage to share her story. Noting that she lived as a queen, Iykki said she was suddenly abandoned and left with no one when a relationship issue cropped up, creating a rift between the rapper and her parents. "My parents didn't talk to me for eight years. Even during the pandemic, they didn't care to check up on me if I was alive or dead," she said. Talking about her struggles as a lady rapper, she said that she was deliberately sidelined at many events when the organisers knew she was Tamil. "I released my first album in 2020 which about tamil and its importance. The song became viral and earned audience even from South Korea and Japan," she added. Iykki also revealed that her parents accepted and appreciated her once she started earning fame and name worldwide. 

Although Pavni mentioned about her husband a few times in the first week of the show and even during the video that she recorded before coming into Bigg Boss Tamil 5, the contestants only got to know the full story when she narrated the ordeal that she went through today. The actress spoke about her relationship with Pradeep, her late husband and elaborated about the marriage that she had with him. "Although my parents didn't accept our relationship, I came out of my house and we got married happily. We also ended up in the same serial," she said.

"Within six months, I was pregnant but unfortunately, that ended in a miscarriage. However, we continued concentrating in serials. During a friend's birthday, whom I refer to as Anna from a younger age, my husband consumed more alcohol. he took the car and left to smoke. I was angry at him for leaving me alone. He broke the mirror and went into the room and started pulling out my sarees. I thought he was doing this out of anger, but the next morning I found him dead." Stating that she was in a state of shock, Pavni said she didn't cry but was angry at him for leaving her. Pavni also said she was framed for her husband's death and she was struggling to cope with the grief. Although she entered wedlock once again through an arranged marriage, the 'Chinna Thambi' actress said it didn't work out.

Apart from emotional and heartbreaking moments, day five also saw Imman Annachi copying the mannerisms of Priyanka, Akshara Reddy and Raju Jeyamohan. The contestants appreciated him and also had a hearty laugh. The day ended with Namitha accepting Thamarai Selvi's apology and making peace with her. She asked Thamarai to consider her as a sister and forget the issue.
