The film "RRR" directed by SS Rajamouli has been released after the success of the two parts of Baahubali. Actors Ram Charan and Jr. NTR play the lead roles in the film, along with Bollywood actors Ajay Devgan, Alia Bhat and Samuthirakani in the lead roles. The film is based on the lives of Telugu freedom fighters Alluri Sitarama Raju and Komaram Bheem. Senthilkumar did the cinematography for the film and Keeravani worked as the composer.

Following its release, RRR has been reported to have grossed over Rs 1000 crore at the box office in theaters across the world. It has been attracting attention as the film crew has released an official poster on the subject. RRR is one of the highest grossing films in India.

Fans have been waiting for the OTT release following the theatrical success of the movie. Fifty days after its release, the OTT premiere of the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada versions started to stream on Zee5 from May 20. On the same day the Hindi version was released on Netflix worldwide. Netflix has announced that RRR movies are trending in almost 57 countries.

A tweet shared by screenwriter Robert Cargill about the film ‘RRR’, who wrote the screenplay for several films including Doctor Strange, is currently going viral on the internet. This is the craziest, most sincere, weirdest blockbuster I've ever seen. I'm pretty sure Jess and I are watching it again this week."
